Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, Ireland and countries within the EU. If you don’t live in one of these countries and would love a Bubble & Pop bag, we are working on the logistics for international shipping. Watch this space!

Your bag will be delivered by Royal Mail and P&P fees are as follows:
Standard UK postage. Delivery time 2-3 working days: FREE
1st Class UK Parcels. Delivery time 1-2 working days: £4.95

Ireland and the rest of the EU
Standard Postage. Delivery time: 5-7 working days: £7.95
Tracked and Signed. Delivery time: 3-5 working days: £10.95

Please note, delivery times are approximate as provided by Royal Mail and we can’t guarantee them. Please also be aware that for deliveries outside the UK, duties may need to be paid in the destination country.

 

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your Bubble & Pop bag. After all, the chances are you’ll be spending a LOT of time with it! If, when it arrives, you decide it’s not love at first sight, we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund, according to the following terms:

• The bag must be returned to us unused, unmarked and in saleable condition within 14 days. Postage costs will not be refunded in the case of a ‘changed my mind’ return.
• If you would like a refund, we will refund the original method of purchase.
• If you would like to exchange the bag, we will send your new favourite via standard UK postage.
• If you discover a fault with your bag (this is very unlikely as we will be hand packing every single one ourselves!) please return it to us within 14 days and we will refund you the price of the bag and the price of postage.
